JoshWilding | 6/1/2021 Recently, Wonder Woman star David Thewlis took to Instagram to share a still from Zack Snyder s Justice League, seemingly questioning how and why his Ares had been added to the movie.  Well, it turns out he was just having fun with his followers (and that his face wasn t added to those flashbacks without his permission). As you can see below, the actor was actually on set very briefly to shoot a handful of scenes before his body was replaced with stuntman Nick McKinless.
