Estrenarán Desaire de los elevadores en el Teatro El Granero Xavier Rojas – Diario Amanecer

La puesta en escena Desaire de los elevadores, a cargo de la compañía Teatro Chingué, con texto de Alberto Villarreal y dirección de Gerardo Daniel Martínez, la cual ofrece un retrato de la soledad en una sociedad cada vez más distante, ofrecerá temporada del 24 de junio al 1 de agosto en el Teatro El Granero Xavier Rojas del Centro Cultural del Bosque, los jueves y viernes a las 20:00 horas, sábados a las 19:00 y domingos a las 18:00 horas. En el marco de la campaña #VolverAVerte, la Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de México y el Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (INBAL), a través de la Coordinación Nacional de Teatro (CNT), presentan esta obra como parte del programa de Dirección Joven, con el cual la CNT recibe proyectos de jóvenes talentos para programarlos en algunos de los espacios tradicionales del Centro Cultural del Bosque.

Jackson Center is holding a virtual reading of excerpts from the play, “Nuremberg,” by Richard Norton-Taylor, performed by the Warren Shakespeare Club as an amateur production by arrangement with Nick Hern Books. The virtual play read is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 7 p.m. “Our annual Jackson Day in Warren County event celebrates Jackson’s local roots as well as his international appeal,” said Kristan McMahon, Jackson Center president. “We’re excited to open up this program to wider audiences with a virtual play read and to celebrate these two milestones.”
