Good morning, I’m Mary Reichard. NICK EICHER, HOST: And I’m Nick Eicher. First up: living with unrest. One year ago today, George Floyd died in the custody of Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin. The death sparked demonstrations around the nation and even the world to call attention to racism and police brutality. Some of those demonstrations devolved into rioting, arson, vandalism, and looting resulting last year in at least $1 billion in insurance claims and maybe twice that.
