7s Nicole Oliverio live at the cheerleading gym. Reporter according to the district attorneys office, there were at least two incidents of alleged aggravated rape. Apparently Nicholas Johnson, who is no longer employed here at full house cheerleading gymnastics was an employee here. He had been here for about a year. According to the district attorneys office, he was fired last week. Now, this all came to light when the victims parents went to police to say their daughter reported being sexually assaulted and one occasion happening off of gym property. Police approached Nicholas Johnson, 26 years old, of brockton. He was later arrested and arraigned in brkton District Court on monday. Hes facing several charges, including aggravated rape of a child, enticing a child under the age of 16. Right now johnson is being held on 50,000 cash bail. If he makes that bail, he is told to stay away from all children under the age of 16, to stay away from the victim. He cant come back here to the ful
