Two more arrested, warrants issued in Cranston ATV, biker incident

The Providence Journal CRANSTON Detectives investigating a New Year’s Day incident that injured a Cranston patrol officer arrested two more operators of small off-road vehicles. Arrest warrants were issued for still more suspects involved in the group of about 30 motorcycle and ATV riders who recklessly sped through traffic.  Nicholas Capuano, 26, of 168 Kerri Lyn Rd., and Scott Campbell, 20, of 1811 Warwick Ave., both of Warwick, were charged Wednesday with reckless driving. They were released after arraignment, a Cranston police news release said.  Police have video of them as part of the illegal, organized, motorized crowd that defied police orders. Four suspects were arrested before these two.
