CRANSTON Detectives investigating a New Year’s Day incident that injured a Cranston patrol officer arrested two more operators of small off-road vehicles. Arrest warrants were issued for still more suspects involved in the group of about 30 motorcycle and ATV riders who recklessly sped through traffic.
Nicholas Capuano, 26, of 168 Kerri Lyn Rd., and Scott Campbell, 20, of 1811 Warwick Ave., both of Warwick, were charged Wednesday with reckless driving. They were released after arraignment, a Cranston police news release said.
Police have video of them as part of the illegal, organized, motorized crowd that defied police orders. Four suspects were arrested before these two.

(Cranston, RI) Two more arrests have been made in connection to the New Year s Day incident involving a pack of ATV and dirt bike riders in Cranston.Two Warwick men, Scott Campbell and Nicholas Capuano, are charged with reckless driving.Police ID d the pair as being part of the rider pack that was assembled on Atwood Avenue which then gathered around a police officer who arrested one operator.The drivers fled the scene after one of them allegedly ran over the officer s legs.
