The New York Power Authority (NYPA) will host a touch-a-truck event at the Niagara Power Vista, the visitors center for the Niagara Power Project, on Saturday, June 8, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Dozens of vehicles from NYPA, the Department of Transportation, the Niagara County Sheriff s Department, the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, and other local organizations will be on display during the event.

From Thursday, April 4, through Monday, April 8, Niagara Falls USA will host NASA subject matter experts for engaging discussions about the eclipse. The series of free and open-to-the-public programming will be held at various points of interest throughout the city.
Gov. Kathy Hochul announced the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, along with several tourism stakeholders in Niagara Falls, will collaborate with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to provide programming and special events around the total solar eclipse that will take place on April 8, 2024.
