Flames. This is one of the worst affected areas. 0fficials flames. This is one of the worst affected areas. Officials say they are struggling to assess the full extent of the damage, and warn the death toll may rise further. Is anybody still out here . Its time to go these are the desperate calls for people still in the historic City Of Lahaina on the island of maui, as the flames on the marina gets closer and closer. Many neighbourhoods were burned to the ground as the western side of the island was nearly cut off with only one highway open, and thousands trying to evacuate as officials told of widespread devastation in the town, its harbour and surrounding areas. Some people fled into the ocean to escape the smoke and flames. I was the last one off the dock, when the firestorm came through the banyan trees and took everything with it. And ijust ran out to the beach and i ran south, and ijust helped everybody i could along the way. Youve got to know when you can. The cause of all this
And have warned the death toll may rise. And in the past hour, James Tokioka director of the department of business, Economic Development and tourism in hawaii, gave this update. Its a very, very sad day in hawaii. It is devastating. And i know many families in maui are struggling right now as well as many Family Members across the state. We want to send our heartfelt love to them and our prayers to them. I am going to talk with two hats on, from here at the Convention Centre, we set up to accommodate 2,000 people. As the planes were leaving from maui, we realised that some of the people, in fact, a lot of the people that were coming to 0ahu from maui had made their own accommodation. We have a set up here that would accommodate 2,000 people. I want to really thank the team here because terry 0rton from the Convention Centre was here at four oclock in the Morning Setting up. They are doing an incrediblejob. People have been up all night. I really want to thank them for all of the work

Fuel duty. Lots of speculation and as ever we should fuel duty. Lots of speculation and as ever we should also fuel duty. Lots of speculation and as ever we should also say fuel duty. Lots of speculation and as ever we should also say we fuel duty. Lots of speculation and as ever we should also say we do| fuel duty. Lots of speculation and as ever we should also say we do not know what is in the budget until the chancellor announces it tomorrow, but there are a lot of guesses being made. The idea here will freeze fuel duty, continue to freeze fuel duty i think is one of the least surprising bits of speculation. No chancellor has raised that the levy since 2011 but i think that one is possibly a pretty firm bed of speculation. Lets talk about cuts to personal taxes because i think what we cant divorce ourselves from is that this is an election year. Presumably thats the undercurrent running through all of what to expect to hear from jeremy through all of what to expect to Hearfrom Jerem
