Norman Transcript Publisher Mark Millsap has departed the newspaper, the paper announced Monday. Millsap also served as publisher of the Transcript’s affiliate weekly paper, The Moore American.
FAIRMONT — Terri Hale has been promoted to general manager of The Register-Herald in Beckley, The Bluefield Daily Telegraph and The Times West Virginian in Fairmont.
