Despite the piercing cold winter weather, 43-year-old Trinh Van Hoan, wakes up early to walk to his familyâs two-hectare pond, at which he will continue to raise black tiger shrimp and tilapias. In recent weeks he has been renovating the pond in order to begin a new season for the next two months.
