Vietnam Government Reps. Call For a Legal Framework for E-Cigarettes  Speaking at a workshop in Vietnam, representatives from various government agencies, said that electronic devices, such as vaping products and heated tobacco products (HTPs), should not be legalised before an assessment leading to an appropriate legal framework is conducted. The workshop on the legal framework for e-cigarettes was held in response to the Government’s request that the Ministry of Industry and Trade is to propose a management strategy for the devices.
