Hong Kong Chief Executive Lee Ka-chiu proposed new measures related to education. New InnoHK Innovation Hong Kong R&D Platform will be prepared next year, marking a new milestone for the HKSAR Government to further promote Hong Kong's I&T development. The measures proposed in the Policy Address will further attract more talented people from around the world to Hong Kong, and provide more learning opportunities for Hong Kong students to broaden their horizons, says the Hong Kong Federation of Educators.
