Apparently, the company will announce a next-generation iPad mini later this year and with a complete redesign compared to the current model. A larger iMac with an M1X or M2X SoC is in the works, also. Internet of Things (IoT), iOS, Wearable, Ticker  Mark Gurman has offered a few updates regarding new iMac and iPad products. Writing in his Power On newsletter, Gurman stated that the next iPad mini will arrive in fall 2021, the first new release for the series since the 5th generation model in March 2019. Apparently, the upcoming 6th generation model will be the largest redesign in the iPad mini s history.
