For the sixth time in the first seven days of the Los Angeles County Fair Winter Thoroughbred meet at Los Alamitos, there will be a Pick Six carryover when racing resumes Thursday. The carryover will be a hefty $145,797 as no tickets were able to isolate six winners for the fourth consecutive racing day. Three upsets in a row by Next Flight ($26.80) in the sixth, Synthesis ($24.40) and Loud Loud Music ($19.80) in the eighth triggered another carryover. The Pick Six will begin in Thursday’s fourth race. Post time is 12:30 p.m. and scheduled post time for the fourth is 1:58 p.m. The pool could reach $500,000.
