Randall smith, a 26yearold navy petty officer, died this morning, two days after being shot at a fencedin navy and Marine Reserve center. Smith was married with three eu four unarmed marines died thursday at the reserve center when gunman Muhammad Youssef abdulazeez opened fire with multiple weapons.
