Surfside victims: Alfredo and Lorenzo Leone, father and 5-year-old son, died while mom was away Surfside residents detail heartbreaking moment condo building partially collapsed Replay Video UP NEXT Alfredo Leone and his wife, Raquel Oliveira, moved to Miami from Brazil four years ago, looking for a safer place to raise their young son.   The family ultimately settled into a fifth-floor condominium at Champlain Towers South in the Miami-Dade County town of Surfside.    Alfredo, 48, and Lorenzo Leone, 5, were among those killed in a partial collapse of the condo building on the morning of June 24. Their bodies were recovered July 8, according to Miami-Dade police.
