南宁良庆区两块安置项目用地成功出让 将配建小学等
6月30日，南宁良庆区成功出让GC2021-034和GC2021-035两幅地块，总面积200多亩。据悉，这两个地块都属于农民安置项目，在规划条件中要求配备婴幼儿照护服务场地、幼儿园、社区居家养老服务用房等。
GC2021-034地块位于良庆区平乐大道东侧、那平路南侧，用于建设那平村5号农民安置项目，实际出让面积为77099.21㎡（折合115.649亩）。该地块由广西地产集团竞得，成交总价为71702.2653万元，楼面地价为2657元/㎡。
GC2021-035地块位于良庆区庆林路以北、阳峰路以西，用于建设良庆社区15-1号农民安置项目，实际出让面积为57875.25㎡（折合86.813亩），该地块由大唐地产竞得，成交总价为69450.3万元，楼面地价为3429元/㎡。
