Victims identified in deadly Palm Springs rollover crash Published
Two of the four passengers involved in a rollover crash last Friday night have been identified.
16-year-old Jazmen Thomas and 17-year-old Dennis Savard from Banning were killed in the accident.
The news comes one day after a third person died at the hospital. We are still awaiting identification of that person.
The crash happened near Highway 111 and Overture Drive.
Two passengers died on scene and two others were transported.
CHP says speed played a role and all of the occupants were minors.

Pedestrian killed in Indio freeway collision
An investigation was underway in Indio late Monday night after a pedestrian was struck and killed on Interstate 10 near Golf Center Parkway.
The collision was reported at 10:10 p.m. on the freeway s westbound lanes in front of Fantasy Springs Resort Casino.
No other details were immediately released. The driver remained at the scene and was cooperating with investigators.

The pedestrian s name was no immediately released.
Traffic was detoured off the freeway as police investigated the collision. The freeway lanes were reopened at 1:00 a.m. Tuesday.
