A new owner could be about to breathe new life into a Stockton shopping parade. High Newham Court, close to the University Hospital of North Tees, has gone on the market. The row of nine shops is partly vacant but the area has seen major development in recent years - Meadow Rise, a 780-home development - sits next-door to the site.
