David Keene of Newcastle, Wash., passed away in February 2024. He was born to Gene and Dorothy Keene. He grew up in Seattle, New Orleans, and White Salmon, Wash.
A man was killed in what the King County Sheriff's Office described as a domestic violence shooting outside of the Newcastle Library early Monday morning.
