The Salvation Army has been operating a shelter at the Holiday Inn in Newark during the pandemic. Newark Human Services Director Drew Grisham and counselor Ra-Janee Fuller helped Luis Rosario, a man who had been homeless during the pandemic but found permanent housing with help from the Salvation Army.
