COLONIE A North Colonie student who got a COVID-19 vaccination is among the first 10 students to win a state drawing for a full-ride college scholarship.
Twelve-year-old Adam Judson, a sixth-grader at Southgate Elementary School, and nine others will receive free tuition, as well as money for room and board, books, transportation, and supplies at any New York state public college or university for four years, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo s office announced Thursday.
