A victim of last month s Brooklyn subway mass shooting is set to file a lawsuit Tuesday against gunmaker Glock, the manufacturer of the 9 mm firearm used in the attack.
Ilene Steur, 49, was shot in the buttocks and suffered life-changing injuries during the gas mask-wearing gunman’s rampage as the rush-hour train pulled into the 36th Street station in Sunset Park.
The victim was reaching down to pick up the backpack, which lay by his feet on the Atlantic Ave./Barclays station platform, when a Coney Island-bound Q train clipped him about 1:20 p.m. Tuesday, sending him flying, cops said.
