Employers in New York State are required to make digital versions of required postings available to employees. In the absence of guidance from the New York Department of Labor, uploading copies of the required postings to an employer’s intranet seems to satisfies the requirement.
The New York Department of Labor released its updated Sexual Harassment Prevention Model Policy. The public has from January 12, 2023 to February 11, 2023 to provide comment. New York employers must now make mandatory workplace postings available to employees electronically.
