Our Correspondent Imphal, Oct. 27 (EMN): One body of the missing women, was recovered at a riverside on Thursday, three days after two women were swept away while crossing a stream in Manipur’s Ukhrul district. According to the villagers, the body was spotted by two villagers who went fishing at Challou River around 1.30 pm on Thurs. Later the body was recovered by the villagers from the Challou Riverside at New Tusom village in Ukhrul district. The deceased lady has been identified as RS Ngamreila (30) wife of RS Varechung of Poi village. On October 24 afternoon, two women — RS Ngamreila (30) and RK Ramreila (34) — were swept away while crossing Tholiru, a stream near Challou River at Poi village under Chingai assembly constituency in Ukhrul district.
