He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond. • Joshua Michael Conard, 39, of New Tazwell, was charged March 15 violation of probation. He was released. • Gabriel Scott Green, 19, of 752 Marshal Acres St. in Pigeon Forge, was charged March 15 with driving without a license, DUI, possession of schedule VI drugs, and possession of meth. He was released on $2,000 bond.
