The past few days have been frustrating for People Living on streets still packed with snow. People are still trying to dig their cars out several days after the storm. Take a look. Were on pierce street here still undrivable, but the slight warmup is helping to melt some more of the snow and that is helping drivers who are still digging out. A closer look here, some streets are still snow covered in south philadelphia a few days after this blizzard. And in one spot we saw a broken shovel stuck in a snow mound, one of the casualties of the storm and the frustration that weve seen out here. In addition to the blocks that require that slow digout with the backhoe, Streets Department slowed helping the School District dig out bus zones needed. The commissioner telling me remaining 1 of streets they wont have plowed today, hoping to get to that by tomorrow. George spencer, nbc 10 news. Nbc 10 was in allen town where help arrived for the digout following the historic snowfall. The city hired additional private contracting crews to help. Nearly 32 inches of snow fell in allentown, crews who have been doing this for years are taken back by the task of clearing these streets. This is this is this is quite the thing here. David milbourne is in custody right now. This is david milbournes mugshot. Hes charged with making terroristic threats and harassment. Concerns came from expletive posts on instagram and facebook pages which the poster said he had a gun buried under a house and trigger happy. Instead of threatening, come forward and speak to the Police Station tell them whats going on how you feel. Reporter he showed what Police Identified as the threat to people in chester. There is no excuse. And im glad they got him. Reporter at the address where investigators say milbourne lived in media, no one could tell us much about him, but the community is on edge after another threat aimed at local schools. A 17yearold girl was arrested for making the School Threat earlier this week. Police say milbourne confessed to telling that girl to do it. Im so glad it didnt escalate.
