Des Moines Police are halloween. They say 22 year old haley hols died after being hit by a vehicle driven by her boyfriend. It happened just before midnight saturday. Near the intersection of hull and delaware avenues. Hols was riding with 41yearold sam archer. Police say the couple was heading home from a halloween party, when they came across a train.
