　　作为福州新一轮城市品质提升项目之一，南江滨东大道是主城区连接三江口片区的交通要道，也是海峡国际会展中心、海峡文化艺术中心、梁厝历史文化街区的重要景观通道。目前，全长6.3公里道路的出行“大作战”已全面完成。　　12日上午，记者来到该项目现场，阳光下，黝黑的沥青路面颇为耀眼，车辆顺畅通行，观景车道、人行道分列两侧，整齐美观。　　“从魁浦大桥到三江口大桥的南江滨东大道全线，都在提升范围。”市城乡建总该项目负责人介绍，按城市主干道整治样板高标准，通过样板先行，双向6车道的道路上，实施了主辅路沥青病害处理及沥青罩面、局部路段沉降整治、人行道和路缘石修复等“手术”。　　在“生病”的车行道，高分子聚合物注浆这一“微创手术”上阵。注浆就像“打针”一样，用“针筒”给路面注�
