Pulaski County has named native resident Erika Tolbert its new tourism director, with the retirement of former director Peggy White. A Pulaski County High School and Radford University graduate, Tolbert has lived in the county all of her life. As a high school and college student, Tolbert took an interest in organizational communication and media studies. In 2006, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication.
