At what point do people stop getting second chances? Before I go on a rant I will admit that I have made many mistakes in my life, but I always try to learn from them so they aren t repeated. But when you decided that you are above the law and think that it is okay for you to drink and drive whenever you want to, there need to be some very strict consequences for your actions.
The Daily Times is reporting that 37-year-old Andre Deswood of Grand Junction has now been charged with a third-degree felony of aggravated DUI (and refusing the breathalyzer). There are other smaller crimes that he will be facing such as no driver s license, no insurance, and improper display of registration.
