LONDON, ONT. New Leaf Canada announced last week it had received approval from Health Canada that will allow its subsidiary Psirenity to begin construction of a psilocybin research facility in Norfolk County. The new research centre will be roughly 185 square metres within the larger New Leaf facility. “The process of attaining the CDSA, the dealers licence which allows us to work with controlled substances such as psilocybin we began the application almost a year ago,” says Psirenity CEO Chris McCullough With the approval the company will focus it’s research and development into these key areas: Formulation of investigational products for future clinical trials
