New Jersey will soon allow alcohol to be delivered through third-party services

Starting Oct. 1, New Jersey will allow people to order alcoholic beverages to their homes through third-party delivery services, such as Uber Eats and DoorDash. The state's Acting Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin said the new rule allows restaurants the ability to adapt to the ever-changing technological landscape of the alcohol industry.
