新北市今新增武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒病，COVID-19）2例確診，皆為新增個案。市長侯友宜召開防疫記者會表示，新增1名女性前往台北市某醫院健康檢查採檢確診，另1名男性身體不適採檢確診，其同住父親匡列採檢也染疫，將列為明天確診個案。侯友宜表示，新增板橋區1名女性（案16017）8月19日在台北市某醫院健康檢查安排採檢確診，CT值36，幾乎沒有傳播力，她7月26日、31日也曾前往該院健康檢查，當時採檢是陰性，隔了19天又轉陽性，匡列同住丈夫、兒子、女兒及媳婦採檢都是陰性，感染源待釐清。
