Cheeto is a 10-year-old Torti-shell domestic short-hair who came to the APL from the New Hope Program – which rescues dogs and cats in danger of being euthanized at local shelters for no other reason than space.
She is not adjusting to shelter life very well, but she does enjoy pets while enjoying her private time.
Cheeto would be a perfect fit for a home that has no other pets, as she enjoys being the sole center of attention. It would also be best that she not be in a home with small children as she is not accustomed to fast-paced activity.
