Its been burning four hours, as you mentioned, but it still has not been contained. You can see the wind has shifted and its really rolling in here. It looks like fog, but this area is just covered with smoke. You can see the destruction that it has caused here. They have an aerial ladder shooting water on the strip mall that has 12 businesses. There has been 60 different firefighters trying to get this fire out. I am joined right now with chief bill kelly. Tell me why is this taking so long to put out . This building is 50 years old. Over 50 years there have been many building developments. So its very difficult to get to the seat of the fire.
