Your guide to Margate, Ventnor: Where to go, what to see, beach info

Cherry Hill Courier-Post We are a family who feels most at home in Cape May, a place I’ve vacationed and day-tripped to since I was a child. But last summer, when we determined renting an Airbnb would allow us to social distance while hitting the beach, my husband suggested we try somewhere new to help us break out of our COVID fog of everyday-is-the-sameness. As we’d already enjoyed several carefully strategized, socially distant daytrips to Cape May Point, I was all in when he suggested Ventnor, somewhere neither of us had ever been. We scored an affordable and well-appointed Dutch Colonial a few blocks from the beach, and walking there under the canopy of Ventnor’s many mature trees was one of the highlights of our trip.
