Victor Rivera, 48, is charged in the shooting deaths of Patricia Swett, 45, and Matthew Champagne, 44, in a parking lot in September, the New Hampshire attorney general's office said Tuesday.
Jennifer L. Barrett, 47, and Charles W. Molinari, 41, were found inside their home on Bodwell Avenue Saturday afternoon after police responded to a 911 call from the home around 1:45 p.m., officials said.
Jesse James Sullivan, 31, of Concord, is facing charges of second-degree murder and falsifying physical evidence for discarding the gun used in the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Zackary Sullivan, officials said.
