Q: Why did you decide to open a restaurant in the old Alexander’s location?
Bill: It’s notable because it’s a unique location and it’s neighbouring the University of Saskatchewan, which is one of the biggest institutions in the province. We’re very close with the university and the hospital as well.

The Stankowskis are proud to be part of the Westmount neighbourhood and aim to influence their neighbourhood positively. Last year, they donated a portion of tip proceeds to Westmount Community School, a new tradition they intend to keep.
