Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, the new chairman of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), aims to end the VIP culture at the holy temple. He emphasized prioritizing exceptional services for common devotees and urged VIPs to refrain from exerting pressure on the TTD administration for VIP darshan tickets. The temple draws between 50,000 and 100,000 pilgrims daily, and crowds reach 500,000 on important occasions.
With the approval of Ministry of Finance Shinhan Life Vietnam Co., Ltd. has appointed Bae Seung Jun as the new chairman of the Members’ Council, cum general director from August 8.
This is YSRCP leader Bhumana Karunakar Reddy’s second stint as TTD chairman, having previously served in the post from 2006 to 2008, when YS Rajasekhara Reddy was Chief Minister.
