New Brunswick's provincial government is making minor 'clarifications' to Policy 713, a week after the province's youth advocate found it violates the Charter rights of children.
Premier Blaine Higgs has previously defended the changes, arguing that parents have the right to know whether their children are questioning their gender identity.
A freedom of information request shows no parents complained to the province's Education Department that they had been left in the dark about their children's preferred pronouns.
