In the fall of 2019, Gardner took part in the American Cancer Society’s “Real Men Wear Pink” campaign. This experience inspired him to create a cancer awareness tartan, adding a unique Celtic twist to products supporting cancer research.

Pa. restaurateurs must self-certify to reopen at 50% capacity Monday, state says Updated Jan 03, 2021; Restaurateurs will be allowed to reopen Monday but must meet self-certification guidelines to operate at 50% capacity. For those who aren’t self-certified, they can operate at 25% capacity, state officials said. Department of Community and Economic Development Secretary Dennis Davin Saturday reminded restaurant owners they can reopen at 8 a.m. Monday at the maximum 50% capacity but only if the owner has completed the online self-certification process. Those with questions about the self-certification program can email The process, Davin said, is a simple way to promote an establishment’s commitment to its patrons’ health and safety.
