The selected proponent will develop a 2025 Southern Nevada Strong Regional Policy Plan Update (2025 Plan Update) for a twenty-five-year planning horizon. The purpose of the 2025 Plan Update is to conduct a rigorous and inclusive planning process that, through data analysis, community engagement, and scenario planning, translates and revises the illustrative SNS vision map (see Appendix A) into an actionable, parcel-based vision for strategic future growth.
