One dead in Highway 50 accident east of Fallon

One person is dead after an accident this morning eight miles east of Fallon on Highway 50. A male driver was killed in the two-vehicle accident and a female sustained injuries and was transported to Bannar Churchill Memorial Hospital, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol. Her condition is unknown at this time.
