RIDGEFIELD - Sugar Hill, a sprawling 46 acre estate complete with a seven-bedroom manor house, two pools and tennis courts has sold for $5.2 million, the real estate broker handling the property confirmed on Dec 11.
It was the highest-grossing sale in town since 2008, according to Karla Murtaugh at Neumann Real Estate, an exclusive affiliate of Christie s International Real Estate.

“Chanukah, people come out, they get together, the celebrate not only Chanukah but Jewish pride,” said Rabbi Shalom Deitsch of the Chabad Jewish Center of Ridgefield.
