A father there is accused of sexually assaulting an infant. Justin stickrod is charged with felony sexual abuse in the first degree and child endangerment. The Sheriffs Department says stickrod sexually assaulted his own twoandahalf month old daughter on february 4th. Stickrod is being held on a 68 thousand dollar bond in the Monroe County jail.
