DELAWARE COUNTY, PA Aqua Pennsylvania is undertaking multi-million dollar improvements to water service in Delaware County.
The utility provider is working on infrastructure improvement projects in Middletown, Nether Providence, and Marple townships to improve service reliability for customers throughout Delaware County.
The projects total $4 million.

Crews are also working on a $1 million project in Marple Township to replace 5,491 feet of aging 6- and 8-inch water mains with new 6- and 8-inch ductile iron water mains on the following streets:

Police in Delaware County are investigating what they believe to be a domestic incident in which a woman stabbed a man multiple times then fled earlier this week.
Officers responded to the 300 block of Pritchard Lane in Nether Providence Township on reports of a domestic violence incident involving a stabbing victim, around 11:40 p.m. on Monday, Nether Providence police said.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a man with multiple stab wounds in his upper body, police said.
Officers concluded that the woman who allegedly stabbed the man fled prior to their arrival, police said.
The man was taken to a local hospital and is being treated for his injuries, police said.
