30th Jan 2021 5:00 AM | Updated: 1st Feb 2021 7:27 PM Hey Seaforth, we still haven t managed to find those secret fishing spots but we won t hold that against you. In fact, the last time the Daily Mercury s My Town series ventured to your piece of paradise, you were so welcoming that we want to come back. And we know there s some big changes planned for the esplanade but undoubtedly there s more stories just waiting to be told. My Town is headed back to Seaforth on Tuesday with reporter Heidi Petith and Mackay Councillor Pauline Townsend at the Seaforth Bowls Club from 11am. Heidi hopes to meet residents, recognise unsung community heroes, celebrate new businesses opening and explore issues that need addressing.
