Adam Beech Private equity firm Endless completing the sale of a Redditch-headquartered flooring distributor to Carpetright owner Nestware Holdings (NHL), part of Meditor Holdings, has been named as the Deal of the Month for March.   Carpet & Flooring (C&F) was established in 1992 and now serves customers from 11 sites. Purfleet-headquartered NHL also owns FlooringSupplies.co.uk, an e-commerce flooring business. At the time of the deal, Wilf Walsh, NHL chairman, said: We’re pleased to be adding C&F into the Nestware group of companies and feel the business will sit well beside our current brands. C&F chief executive Lisa Tomlin added: The management team are delighted to have worked alongside Endless for the last four years and they have backed us to deliver the transformation, which has resulted in this transaction today. We believe that joining NHL will allow us to take our growth and digital transformation to the next level.
