Smith is facing three felony weapons charges and three misdemeanor charges related to dui. He originally pleaded not guilty last year, but today changed to no contest. As ktvu reported smiths felony charges related to a party at his home in june, 2012 or shots were fired and a subsequent investigation turned up an assault weapon.
