Popular Hereford restaurant announces it will not reopen

A POPULAR Hereford restaurant will not be reopening as lockdown eases, the owners have confirmed. Turkish restaurant The Meze, in Hereford s West Street, became a popular venue after starting life as a concession in Hereford s Butter Market. Run by couple Esat and Amber Kurt, the business made the move to its own premises in July 2019. But in an announcement on social media, the couple have confirmed they will not be reopening their doors to customers. We are very sad to say that The Meze will not be able to reopen, the announcement read. This is mostly due to the pandemic our location but also to our health. We are very grateful to all our customers followers who supported us during our family venture. Thank you and God bless you all.

Northrop Grumman Solar Arrays to Power Airbus OneSat Spacecraft Our Bureau 440 Airbus OneSat satellite Northrop Grumman said it won an Airbus contract for the design, development and production of 24 ship sets of solar arrays to support the OneSat satellite product line. The solar arrays will power the OneSat communication satellites in geosynchronous orbit. The solar array technology features the Northrop Grumman Compact Telescoping Array (CTA) design that utilizes a telescoping boom system to deploy an accordion-folded flexible solar array blanket. The solar arrays are a 20kW-class system that deploys over 18 meters in order to provide energy to OneSat. Northrop Grumman’s CTA system was developed for missions like OneSat that require extremely compact stowage volume for spacecraft launch while remaining lightweight. Northrop Grumman’s CTA creates enough space to allow for three full spacecraft to be launched aboard a single rocket.

He joined from Digicel’s sister business in the Pacific, running operations in places such as Fiji, Papua New Guinea and Tonga. This was 20 months after group CEO of Digicel, Alex Matuschka, died suddenly during a family holiday, just days after completing a refinancing agreement with the company’s lenders.
